Another Day In the Life

Sunrise this morning was spectacular. The air was crisp and cool when I went out on the terrace to take these shots this morning. What a great start to the day.

The Big Beef and Celebrity tomatoes that I planted in the greenhouse last month are doing wonderfully. The main stems are much thicker than plants from the same crop that were planted in the outdoor garden. These are by far the best crop of greenhouse tomatoes we have grown to date. We are suspending them from the roof with thick twine instead of caging them. This technique is much better for greenhouse growing. We are building a hydroponic system for the next crop of tomatoes that we start in January.
