Carol’s Creamy Cole Slaw
For the slaw:
1/2 head green cabbage chopped finely
1 cup chopped or shredded carrots
1/2 cup chopped snow peas
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
For the creamy dressing:
1/2 cup sour cream
2/3 cup mayonnaise
juice of 2 lemons
3 heaping tablespoons sugar
2/3 teaspoon salt
dash of pepper
Mix all slaw ingredients in a large bowl
Add all dressing ingredients to the slaw and mix thoroughly.
Cover and chill in the refrigerator for 30 min before serving to let the flavors develop.
