When I got up this morning I noticed immediately that the wind had subsided to a gentle breeze. Then, just after sun rise, a light rain began falling, which created the lovely rainbow (it&#8217;s almost a double rainbow) you see below.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lifeisanongoingprocess.com\/imageshome\/rainbow1sm.jpg\" vspace=\"15\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lifeisanongoingprocess.com\/imageshome\/rainbow2sm.jpg\" vspace=\"15\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lifeisanongoingprocess.com\/imageshome\/rainbow3sm.jpg\" vspace=\"15\" \/><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lifeisanongoingprocess.com\/imageshome\/rainbow4sm.jpg\" vspace=\"15\" \/><\/div>\n<p>The 8-14 day outlook is for wetter and cooler than normal conditions.
