So I took the opportunity to take a few pix of the Caldwell Pink rose near the arbor in the front courtyard area. This rose is growing like gang busters and is blooming profusely.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/caldwell_pink_ph_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Caldwell Pink Rose and Purple Heart\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Caldwell Pink Rose and Purple Heart<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I like the combination of the purple heart and the Caldwell Pink. The purple seems to highlight the pink blooms.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/roses_at_arbor2_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Roses at Arbor\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Roses at Arbor<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/roses_at_arbor4_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Roses at Arbor\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Roses at Arbor<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>All of the roses in this section of the planting are filling in nicely. I have started to train the New Dawn rose onto the arbor. The blackfoot daisy is getting established, and the knock outs and the aforementioned Caldwell Pink complete this area.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/cp_ph_ko_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Caldwell Pink, Purple Heart, Knock Out\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Caldwell Pink, Purple Heart, Knock Out<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The hot red of the knockouts combined with the pink and purple is working pretty well together. I think I need something to tie it all together, but I&#8217;m not sure what just yet.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/pv_on_fence_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Passionvine on Fence\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Passionvine on Fence<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>The red passionvine is really taking off. No blooms yet, but I love the dark green leaves.<\/p>\n<div class=\"captionfull\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lostvalleygardens.com\/LVGblog\/imageshome\/moon_flower_lg.jpg\" alt=\"Moon Flower\" vspace=\"15\" \/><em>Moon Flower at Courtyard Entrance<\/em>\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>I planted the moon flower seeds that <a href=\"http:\/\/nancysgardenspot.blogspot.com\">Nancy<\/a> gave us at the Garden Bloggers Spring Fling at the front entrance to the courtyard. They are looking great.
