They are both shots of butterflies that are common to the Central Texas area. The first one is of a Gulf Fritillary, and the second one is of a Black Swallowtail.<\/p>\n<p>I have been using the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dallasbutterflies.com\/\">Dallas County Lepidopterist&#8217;s Society<\/a> site to help me identify these butterflies. We usually see whole &#8220;flocks&#8221; of them as they migrate to Mexico.
