		<description>Hi Pam, This may be my best Christmas present ever! It seems like we were in the planning stage on this phase of the courtyard forever, but I&#039;m glad that we waited until we settled on this solution. I am trying to enjoy the process, and not be too anxious to complete it.

I got some time over the holidays to look at the pictures of your new place on your blog, and to read about some of the plans that you are cooking up. Your new house looks lovely! I love the Japanese maple and the Mexican Buckeye. I can&#039;t wait to see how you transform the landscape to suit your style.
